We are seeking a passionate and faith-filled Students & Young Adults Pastor to lead, oversee and develop our ministry for 18–30s (inc. students) at Life Church Bath. This role is focused on discipling students and young adults, building authentic community, raising and leading volunteer teams, reaching into the Universities and providing pastoral care, all in alignment with the wider vision and values of the church. 

You will work closely with the staff team, volunteers, and external partners to help young adults grow in their relationship with Jesus and play an active role in the life and mission of the church.

Hours: 15 hours per week

Salary: £25,000 pro rata (FTE)
