Church Weekend Away
We're so excited to spend time together as a church family at our weekend away in July! This year we're heading to Gaston Farm in Holt (just outside of Bath!) with options to camp or to join us for the day on Saturday/Sunday if you want to join the fun without staying over! We'd love for you to join us.

Church On Location
On Sunday 27th July there will be no morning meeting at The Forum. We'd love to invite you to join us on the farm for Church On Location. There is no cost to attend Sunday morning, however, if you are planning to stay for lunch on the day we would ask if you could make a small donation when you arrive to help cover costs of food. Also, please RSVP via the link below to let us know you're coming!

Navigating Finance God's Way
Money is a huge day-to-day issue in the lives of most people. Alarming statistics reveal rapidly increasing consumer debt and ever lowering saving rates. What does the Bible have to say?
This one-day workshop will lead you through principles which can be found in the timeless wisdom of the Bible. God's Word has a lot to say about how we handle our finances. With over 2300 Bible verses this workshop will provide an overview and insights that will enable you to have a better understanding into your finances God's way. True financial freedom is not dependent on the amount of money you have. A person can be truly financially free with much or with little money.
This workshop is for anyone who handles money! YES, that includes you.
Biblical financial freedom results in being free from anxiety and worry, from the burden of debt, from the grip of materialism and from destructive habits such as overspending and greed.
Mark will lead you through using the Word of God as a reference point but inserting stories, examples and film to ensure that this is a day that lightens the spirits of your financial understanding.
Your workshop covers the following:
[Partial list]
Owner or manager?
Living in financial freedom
Free to serve Him
How to grow in generosity
Saving and investing
Please note: The workshop has a link for downloading the course manual or a hard copy (recommended) can be purchased at the workshop for £10.
Mark looks forward to seeing you for this workshop in the Forum Coffee House.

Setting Your House In Order
Whatever season of life you are in, this updated workshop is a must for your financial discipleship journey. The foundation for this workshop is Bible-based and embraces Mark's experience as an Executor.
This financial discipleship study is designed to help you assemble and organise all of your important financial information in one place. This workshop is so important for equipping your family and loved ones for managing your various financial scenarios.
The topics include:
· Preparation and planning
· Investments and insurance
· Advisors and counsel
· Preparing for challenges
· Estate planning
· Leaving a legacy
The biblical starting point for this study can be found in: Isaiah 38:1, "In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, 'Thus says the Lord: 'Set your house in order, for you shall die and not live'"
A testimonial from Billy, a fellow Chartered Accountant
This study written by my dear friend and brother in Christ, Mark Lloydbottom, is a worthy addition to the Your Money Counts range of books and studies and will assist you in preparing for these life realities.
Estate planning and preparing a Will can be a daunting task and this study will be of tremendous help to you because it is biblically based and written in Mark's usual sensitive, yet direct style.
I commend it to you and pray that God will be honoured and His Kingdom extended through the decisions taken and actions arising from your participation in this study.
Grace and peace

Good Friday Walk Of Hope
We'll be joining with churches across Bath city centre for a 'Walk of Hope' on Good Friday. Starting at 9.15 at Bath Abbey, we will walk through Bath City Centre with stops at Bath Abbey, St Johns RC, St Michaels Without, Bath Salvation Army and finishing at The Forum. At each church stop there will be a 10 minute act of reflection with bible reading, prayers and worship. This is a wonderful chance for us to embody the unity among the church in Bath as we mark Good Friday together.
