This is a six-week foundation course that forms a key element in the life of Life Church Bath. Its aim is to establish, equip and empower people to lead a powerful life of victory and to take an active part in the church.
One new man
Next course begins: Monday 6th October 2025 | 7:00pm
This autumn we’re running a course exploring the biblical theme of “one new man” from Ephesians 2 — God’s purpose to bring Jew and Gentile together in Christ as part of His one family.
Over four evenings, we’ll look at the Jewish people’s calling, their relationship to Jesus and the New Testament, the Church’s history with them, God’s purposes for the Jewish people and His heart for Jew and Gentile, and why these things matter for believers here in Bath.
We recognise this is a sensitive subject, especially in light of current events. This course does not take political sides, but offers an invitation for us to approach this theme with humility, seeking God’s heart through His Word, so that together we might grow in maturity, deepen our love for Christ, and shine His light more brightly.
ALPHA COURSE (online)

RETIRING WELL COURSE

Retirement is a time of significant change. There are many ways to journey towards and then into retirement and many matters to think through. The course will be a mix of presentation and discussion using well established workbooks. The aim is to help those who attend towards an enjoyable, purposeful, fulfilled and fruitful retirement.
BAPTISM CLASS
Sunday 16 Nov 2025 | 7:00pm
Baptism is a significant moment in the life of a follower of Jesus. Our upcoming baptism service is on Nov 23rd and so we will be gathering for an important class on Nov 16th. This will be a chance to talk about why we get baptised, to hear your journey to this decision and to talk about practical details for the day.
