The Bloke's Mountain Weekender is a Men only camping event from Friday 10th July 2025 in the Brecon Beacons.

Base Camp Location will be PENTWYN FARM, Llanfrynach, Powys Wales, LD3 7BQ which is at the base of one of the main peaks around 2 hours journey from Bath.

Weekend will include camping, fire pits, hiking, BBQs, fresh mountain spring wild swimming & time for fellowship together.

Camping List 

Tent, ground sheet (optional), poles and pegs. 

 Sleeping: Sleeping Bag (3 season) & Liner (Optional), Sleeping Mat, PJ’s 

Cooking: Stove, Fuel, Pans, Lighter / matches, Windshield (optional), Plate, Bowl, Mug, Knife Fork, Spoon, Washing up liquid, Scourer & Cloth. 

Clothing: Mostly personal choice but recommend including Base layer, Intermediate Layer and Insulation Layer. Walking Boots, Waterproofs, Hat, Gloves, Walking Socks 

Daysack contents: Small first aid kit to include plasters, blister plasters, pain relief, bug repellent, sun screen. Sun Hat, Water bottles or Hydration bladder (recommend 2 lit), Waterproof jacket and trousers, Extra top, Duvet jacket or Fleece, Lunch and snacks, Hand Gel. 

Map, Compass and Headtorch.  

Toiletries: Toilet paper, hand gel, soap, towel, toothpaste and tooth brush. 

Meals: Evening Meals x 2, Breakfasts x 2, Lunches x 2 (included in cost)
